Do u think International Payment Method is flexible rather than our Indian Payment system or vice versa ?What are the benifits of online payment system & security in different countries as well as traditional system of sending money (i.e)CHQ /DD etc. Which one is safer ?

Thank you Ian Paul. I am going to follow your advise and ask all my friends to do so too. We are all trans-government now.

Voluntarily spelling mistake. Do read PayPal.
Web-based service founded in 1998 that makes it possible for any person or business that have an e-mail address to send and receive payments online safely (it is based on the financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards that exist today)

Ruku,
It seems some other big players agree with you. Here is an article at Kirstens blog about adding payment servers:

I don't know. I do know that most of the people who wanted to attend the one paid class I offered were unable to do so. I hope that one day WIZIQ would find a way for a student to deposit funds to an account at WIZIQ to pay from. Then, even if it took a month to mail in a first payment they could easily spend from that account.

I have a PayPal account which I originally set up in Thailand. I now live and work in the UK. I have reiceived payments from more than 40 countries. Only India seems to be problematical - why is this?
A way to get round it is to open a PayPal account in the UK or the USA - we are all citizens of the world now, don't let a mere government tell you what you can or cannot do with your own money ;-)
