Now no login required for students of Premium teachers to attend classes

Another add-on feature has been released for Premium teachers today. Your students can now attend your private classes without having an account on WiZiQ. If you choose to set up your private class with this new option, your students need not register or login to WiZiQ

How does it work?

1. While scheduling a class, simply choose the "Yes" option for “Allow my attendees to attend without signing-up”
2. Your students can now attend your classes and view recordings without signing in

How does it not work?

1. Does not work for paid classes because payments require an email id. Registration enables us to keep track of learners' payment details

2. Students (who do not sign up on WiZiQ) cannot access the class recording unless you give access to it by sharing the recording link. On the other hand, registered students can access recordings of classes they attended from within their console. Recording access will be open to all attendees and cannot be managed individually for each attendee.

Here are some questions that we are anticipating:

Can my attendees attend the class without signing-up on WiZiQ?
Yes. If you are a premium member your attendees can directly enter your class without signing-up on WiZiQ. To allow that:

While scheduling a class, mark the option “Allow my attendees to attend without signing-up” as Yes.

To attend the class, your attendees skip the process of WiZiQ registration.

My students didn’t sign-up on WiZiQ to attend my class; will they be required to sign-up to view the recording?
No. Attendees will not be required to sign-up to view recordings of your classes. Class recordings are accessible to all attendees unless you choose "Disallow attendees to view the recording".

My class didn’t require sign-up on WiZiQ. The attendees can now view the class recording. How can I allow specific attendees to view recording and not all?
To manage recording permissions for attendees,

1. After the class is over, mark the option “Allow my attendees to attend without signing-up” as ‘No’.

2. Invite members to view recording using the WiZiQ "Invite" feature.

3. Allow "View" and "Download" options for the attendees you want to grant access

Can I have my attendees pay me on WiZiQ before they enter my class that doesn’t require them to sign-up?
No, this is not possible. Without having your attendees' email addresses or their registration details, we cannot identify which of your attendees have paid. So sign-up is a requisite to have paid classes on WiZiQ.

My class didn’t require sign-up on WiZiQ. However, a few uninvited attendees entered the class. How can I restrict that?
You can "block" such attendees in the Virtual Classroom.

For some class feedback items, I don’t see 'Display on Class Details Page' or 'Display on Profile' options
If your attendees enter your class without singing-up on WiZiQ, you cannot show their feedback on your profile or class details page. Recommendations or feedback by unregistered members cannot be included.
