Setting up Public Classes on your own

Lets clear some frost around this topic. We at WiZiQ would love to have more and more teachers set up their own public classes. Because, the more that happens, the less we have to manage. But at the same time we have a certain level of commitment for the students - to keep that, we have come up with a minimal set of requirements, we believe, a teacher should fulfill before we allow him/her to set up public classes on his own. Just to keep the process transparent, here is the criteria, more of a guideline than a policy that we use:
1. Teacher's email address needs to be verified - so we know someone is not a spammer
2. Teacher should be a member of WiZiQ for at least 2 months - we will keep reducing this time as more and more teachers start using WiZiQ actively
3. They should have given at least a few private classes on WiZiQ (say, at least 4-5) with real students - basically the teacher should know how to the technology and handle a class. If someone cannot have private classes, we offer free training (as you all know) and our trainers can take the teacher to that level in just one or two sessions.
These are a few points (and important to us) which we weigh before we go ahead and give such a privilege to our teachers. Let us know if you would like to have the public class scheduling access - we will be more than happy to assist.

Kapil
