WiZiQ is an excellent platform for online virtual conferences as well as for online classes. Here's a video about the conference:

I thought I did register, but still not seeing anything in WiZiQ (I see where they have scheduled events in the Avealmec Moodle and Ning). Perhaps George is right, they may not be scheduling WiZiQ classes until the conference actually starts.

Are these conferences in WiZiQ already scheduled? That is, can we go ahead and join the conferences (WiZiQ classes) right now?

When is the conference...? >_<

I have not seen any scheduled conferences yet. The events must start today or tomorrow.

Ben and I have been attending the conference and we will be discussing what we've seen at the "My ESL Friends" meeting this Saturday, Nov 7th

Tips to be covered:
A neat little trick with the moderator video window.
Using whiteboard tools.

I think you need to go and sign up at Avealmec first Ben, and then you'll automatically be registered for the webinars.
