how to develop the communication skills

i am little bit lagging in group discussion and communication skills area ,so that i want to get develop in that field

There are many teachers and classes available here at WizIQ.  Most give free classes, so try them out.

I have a full course that works primarily on spoken English.  On Thursdays and Sundays two of them are available for free.  To see what I am doing, go to www.myeslfriends.com

There is no "best" way.  There is only what works for you.  So shop around and find a good fit.
