Boy Do I Have A Dumb Question....

by Stephanie Inge
Posted on 19 October, 2009

I may be the only one who ever posts a question on this thread. Oh well....here's my dumb question that I was not able to find the answer to anywhere.

How and where to we add the fee for our "Paid" classes? I scheduled several classes last night, one of which is free, but never saw a box or question pertaining to cost.

Please point in the right direction, as maybe my eyesight is fading, kind of like my short-term memory Old-timers moment!

@Stephanie:

At present, the functionality to put a price for your private class does not exist. The existing process to charge money is:

1. Become a premium member
2. Invoice your contacts using Invoicing functionality
3. See who has paid and who has not
4. Invite them to your private class using WiZiQ invite method - only the people you invite can attend the class

For a free member, steps 1-3 can be done at Paypal - if you have an account or any other invoicing system, if you use one.

For a paid public class, you need to be a premium member and request access. Ping nidhi@wiziq.com to get your access now!

@Stephanie: Try now - you will have access!

Stephanie,
Assuming you mean a paid public class, it is one of the options that comes up when you are filling in the scheduling a new class options When you hit the "public" radio button, it opens up another subform asking about yourself and then directly below that is the fee box and the max number of students you want to have. Hope that helps

Thank you Vik!

Hi James,

First off, I am a premium member. I did exactly as you suggest, but the problem is the radio button didn't pop up after I clicked on "Public" class. I will delete the class and attempt to reschedule.

As far as billing/invoicing for my private classes, I will search the forum, FAQ's and WIZiQ Community to see if I can find additional information.

Thanks again James & Vik!
