Hello everyone,

For those who have had some time with Google+, what are your initial reactions?  Are there any advantages or disadvantages from a TESOL perspective?  Share your thoughts here or better yet, join us for TESOL Talk 7!

Haven't used it; it is much more privacy-friendly than Facebook, so would be happy to give it a try at some point.

Here is the Google- Minus, though: http://goo.gl/
A lovely URL shortener!

Ben, Google Minus was just a joke - the quoted uRL is google's own URL shortener service (like tinyurl etc).

George: Quoth Facetwitter, "Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated!" It is a highly competitive turf, and best of luck to Google.

@Elena, Google-Minus...what do you mean?

@George, what are you using to synchronize to your Android smartphone?  Could you explain?

I am a power app user of Google.  This is a dream come true for me, especially because I am just starting with an Android smart phone.  This will synchronize and make it all easier to use.

Here is an 11 video tutorial by Google for Google plus:

It auto checks my smartphone pics, videos and docs.  It then uploads all to a couple folders in the cloud.  At least that is what I told it to do.  I have yet to prove its functionality.
