philosophy lecture or practice?

When we agree that, to philosophyze must not only be by lecture, what can be the first practical execise of philosophy?
it is possible to find through ethics that , it is from human resources that one can discovers its first exercise,normally known as human relationships,this human relationship will give birth to economics exchange, that will engender marketing and management, and finally all subjects and objects in human life,
